Coming from the south of the state
of Minas Gerais, it is
free from agro-toxic products or chemical fertilizers.
In order to produce organic coffee the soil is prepared
for 5 years, until any existing inorganic residue is
eliminated, before growing begins. The whole process
of growing, harvesting and roasting organic coffee is
carried out in a natural way and submitted to laboratory
tests and inspection by the IBD-Biodynamic
Institute,
which issues the Quality Seal of the Organic
Certificate that attests to the
authenticity and quality of the product.
This coffee was one of the winners in the “Cup
of Excellence - Brazil 2003”
promoted by the Brazil Specialty Coffee

Premium Gourmet - BEANS
Finest coffee of Superior Quality and acidity free, composed
of 100% Arabica beans, selected in the sieves and 17 and
18, softly roasted, resulting in a special coffee of the
highest quality.
Gourmet – BEANS & GROUND
Fine Coffee composed of 100% Arabica high quality beans,
selected in the sieves 17 and 18, mildly roasted, resulting
in an aromatic coffee of noble flavor.
Espresso
– BEANS & GROUND
Maintaining the same high quality of the drink as the
Café Gourmet, the Espresso is composed of beans
selected in the sieves 14, 15 and 16, and its roasting
is more accentuated, resulting in a coffee of full-bodied
aroma and flavor.
Traditional
Ground – GROUND
Roasted and ground filter coffee, composed of 100% Arabica
beans, with a typically Brazilian strong roasting.

Produced by state-of-the-art imported machines, free from
any manual contact and individually packed by nitrogen,
our coffee roasted in a natural and artisanal way reaches
a high level of quality when placed in sachets, much superior
to any other distributed in Europe or Japan.
